Superbird front end bra?

Has anyone ever seen a front end bra/cover on a Superbird?  I'm planning a 300 mile trip and don't want to scrape all the bugs off at every refueling.  :icon_smile_dead:

Aren't those things bad for rubbing the hell out of your paint?
What would happen if you gave the nose a good spray of WD-40 before you left?  That stuff doesn't attack the paint does it?

they have one now that you spray on like paint.
I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

How does that work?  Do you have any details? 

I know about the clear decal film from 3M that protects against rock chips.  I had someone cover up Richard Petty's autograph before it got ruined and you can't tell that it's there.

thats what it was, not spray on, decal film. i seen it on tv.   :D

   Man just spray your nosecone with that stuff they use in truck beds, I have had more chips on my nosecone in two years just driveing local. Good thing i dont have a high dollar paint job. The price you pay for having a Wingcar- O well. :icon_smile_cool:  JR.

according to the commercial .....just sprray it on ,,   then washit off later with soap and water

Thanks MetallicA, but that stuff looks scary!   I think that I'll go with some Teflon Wax instead.

3m makes a spray mask that body shops use to protect from overspray , spray whole car then just wash it off with water ! Now go bring world peace !
