Hi All justd wondering if I have to pull the windsheild to remove my dash. I have some water leak rust issues to take care of in the air vent box area. any help greatly appreciated :icon_smile_big:

Windshield removal is definitely not required. You might try  using the "search" feature on the site, I am pretty sure Nacho has provided step by step dash removal instructions a time or two.

I got pics of mine, and where the nuts were on a thread somewhere around here, I did remove the windshield it it was very easy...of course I did crack the windshield too...
Nacho has done it without removing the windshield.

make sure is rust your problem OR just the A/C-Heater box broken and/or loosen from hole in cowl.
