You still have it but it's now enabled by a setting in your profile.
Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences -> "Use quick reply on topic display:" = Show, on by default

That's perfect!

Personally, I preferred to NOT use the quick reply because it had no smileys...so mine won't be checked, I'm a smiley kinda guy. :icon_smile_big:

The only time I used it was as a time saver when the old site was being slow.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
