Yea, I saw that. Should be a better setup for the street then the factory 2x4. That is the way I would go for a street engine. :icon_smile_big:

Dayclona made some awhile back and was running them in some of their cars.   Worked good from what I hear.   That's the basis for making them now.

Tom Hoover and company had one tooled up at Chrysler in 1969/1970 and had it fitted on a 1968 Coronet R/T. Tom said he was getting upset about guys who couldn't tune the two fours of the stock 426 and almost dried watching hemicars turning 14 second quarter mile times with these hamfisted tuning attempts. The 6 barrel intake was supposedly super tractable and responsive on the hemi. However they knew in 1970 that the 426 was dead in the water and to spend more time on R&D on an engine that was soon going to be killed by emissions was a waste. Glad to see its an available option. for all those non stock hemicars, a very slick piece worth considering.

ya...     funny fact-  the one at SEMA was a plastic intake used as a fitting model...
