power sunroof parts

Does anybody know whereto get parts for a factory power sunroof?  I need a couple clips that hold the sunroof panel to the track.  I contacted american sunroof corporation and at first I got some cocky young kid that argued with me over the fact that my sunroof is factory installed, I finally spoke to someone else there that agreed it was done by them and he said they do not have any parts like that.  Anyone have any ideas?
