Anyone else see TMZ's story on Dourdan speeding off after parking in a no-parking zone?  Nice looking 68 at any rate.   :slap:

They showed more video of the Charger on TMZ TV.

It sounds good too. I didn't recognize him from CSI with the hat and beard, I had to look up the name to see who he was.

It looked like the dude has a drinking problem, and is willing to take chances with both his '68 & his motorcycle.

Last night I caught this show called TMZ and they were showing that black guy from CSI on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood with his dark green 68 Charger.
The cops caught him making an illegal u-turn and flooring it. They also showed him obviously hammered, parked in a handicap spot and then jumping in and driving off.

Well, I don't know the show or the guy, but if the car and the guy were different colors, that could have been me on Sunset Blvd. 39 years ago. :yesnod: :yesnod: Bob

Hahah...what a moron. You can't even really speed on Sunset Blvd...either traffic is horrible, or there is always a cop right behind you.

Looks like they changed the video on that link.  Here's a newer link.

Here's a link to him making an illegal u-turn.  Interesting...That Charger's headlight wiring has been changed to keep the front park/turn lights on with the headlights.  :shruggy:

I saw the ride on La Cienega last Sat night. I wouldn't be driving my Charger around town with Linsey Lohan on the loose!

I have seen that car around...     Sunset Blvd infact...    It does sound pretty nice...     and Ponch is correct...   no real way to speed on Sunset...    unless you get out in thw twisties...   not a place for a 68 charger....     I have taken the Superbird out there though...     Scary....       That is one car that does not like to turn   :pity:

Its easy guys - on your "body wiring" for your front light harness, you have a 6 pin connector numbered termincal 1-6...    terminal #2 has a black and yellow wire coming out of it. Simply link this wire to the dark green wire in terminal #5. Terminal #5 supplies constant power to your side markers. The black and yellow wire only carries power when your headlight switch is set to "running lights". Make sure to swap the wires on the HEADLIGHT side of the harness (The wires that connect to the headlights, not the bulkhead)

Simply crimp a new connector on both wires and slide them into the #5 terminal. on a 1969 I believe There is no wire in terminal #5 presently, however if there is a dark green wire coming from the bulkhead to the 6 pin connector, you only need to swap the wire from terminal #2 to Terminal #5.
