Charger 500 Latch Tray Bolts

These bolts are in the front latch tray of my 500. I'm familiar with typical bolt markings, but have never seen the "S" & crow foot on these. My assumption is that they were from the Creative Industries parts bin (if they are the correct bolts). Anyone know the story on these?

Out of the two C500's I've owned (1 currently) and all the C500's I've run across, I have never seen that variety of fastener on a Mopar let alone on a '69 Charger 500 latch tray........ Nothing's impossible though......

It's funny because all of these strange bolts are the ones that hold in the 500 grill brackets. I just assumed that CI installed them. The bolts from latch tray to fender are the ones you would expect to see.

So now I'm wonder which bolts are correct? (washer diameter and length).
