Sorry if I'm not going as fast as the your ability , I have made the tooling for a few parts to help my friends out with their cars as well as trying to pay my Mortgage on my Home ! I just couldn't use hardware store items on my nose , so Now I make Pivots, Headlight adjusters, A-pillar trim , Hinges and other items to make some of our lives easier

Hey Dave is the 70 a 4 speed car or an AT? And is it a 4 bbl car or a 6 pac? Just curious, as there is a gentleman here in Indy who does like the 70's, so I'll pass the word on to him. But I know he will ask questions about it, so figured I'd ask them.

I think my hardware store storm cylinder found bracket hollow up the center and alum to cut to length and drill a hole. For a fiberglass headlight pivot bracket to actuator. Was just better then waiting for the fiberglass tab to fail .A retro fit as your introcduction of vacuum GTO parts into the nose. The bracket worked out well inplace of what was there .And the end result was a completed functioning system on a turn key driveable wing car thats on the road

I'd probably need a half dozen of them to trade for a Wing Car :yesnod:
Its a 440 4bbl dealer demo car, has a fair bit of options and tons of paperwork.

So are they going to put buttons on the other side of the rear seat now, or leave it the way it has always been? Just curious.

Very nice work !!! I'm glad to see the car finally has future !!

Just curious but what was the problem with the origional washer bottle? I would suggest switching it back to the origional, or getting one that had the lid that opens in the right direction. Just an observation.

$300k = Notgonnahappen.com

It will be a very nice car, but a rare color and/or 4-speed is needed to get to the upper end of the price scale.  White interior is certainly a plus.  R4 is pretty common as Daytonas go.

Colin Comer recently had the R6 Mr. Norm car for $265k or thereabouts and it has sold.

Its pretty basic as daytonas go body color and transmission.Except for the white interior whiteline tires and full hubcaps. And 1 owner registered since new parked in 1977.With extensive documentation circa pictures timeline etc.Reminds me of that pretty basic superbird that sold on BJ Auction recently for $200K that had the extra crunched nose and bill board of documentation including the ticket

This one also had a crunched nose , so maybe it is worth 1 million !!

That must be some of the "new math" I've heard about.   :rotz:
