I would give 35k right now for that car. Wonder what it will go for? Any guesses? I say 65k.

I think it'll definitely go north of $50k - wonder what the seller's reserve is? I'm just sceptical with no engine bay pics... car looks like an easy enough project though...

Stupid Ebay won't let me see it--"Invalid item try again later" for the past 45 mins.

Where is the car (city?)

pettybird

OK Hamilton is N of Cincy--Admin Troy's turf...

"I got this car from my dad when he pasted away."

Poor guy was so busy gluing that he didn't even notice...

(My dad died when I was 13 for those of you who were about to tear into me about death.)

TOTALLY AWESOME mural on the inner sides of the wing!  Too bad he doesn't have any more pics/recollection of when it was white--it must have been quite a paint job.  The car's very untouched, and the bottom looks like my 'birds, but the outer sheetmetal doesn't look good at all.  I wish it ran/looked more presentable--I could use it as a rough value guide!

Troy

Whoa! I didn't notice the location. You're right, it's almost in my back yard.

My thoughts exactly! Haha it looks like they painted the rest and left the wing. I love the wild 70's paint jobs. It was probably cool as hell. . .

I'm going to guess $67,571. Just a nice round number.  :icon_smile_wink:

Yeah but sending Troy over to look at a superbird is like asking me to check out a 68 Charger. I mean yeah I know what it is, but okay I'll shut up now.  :nana:

Heck if its around the Cincinatti area, that is only 2 hours from me. Hmmmmmm, nothing planed for Sunday as of yet.

Ah isn't that just how it goes too.  :RantExplode: You do your research and bid and someone come along and bids $1 more. Okay so who is going to be the one who bids $1

Never was much of a fan of the prices right. The prices never seemed to add up to what things sold for here in Indiana.
