I'm glad it's the sunlight, I thought I was having an acid flashback :o
Seriously, it sure looks like a good car to be sitting outside in Montana.  I pictured something much worse.

I tried crazelist.com (and .org) and crazedlist.com, and they seem to be generic search engines, not associated at all with craigslist.  Did I miss something on the page?   :scratchchin:

Welcome to the site. Plenty of other Charger 500's owners on here, and some of us are pretty obsessed with these old cars if you ask our wives.

How is the car equipped? Any shots of the B sheet or fender tag? I went to high school in Vancouver WA for 2 years, never saw that car around, but then again, that was from 1979-81, I only saw a few rare Mopars around, most stayed stashed away.

Nice score!

man! thats a nice car. you did good . good luck with her

Sorry pictures have taken a few days but I have only have had a little bit of time to go over the car since I got it back from Montana. Wife wasn't crazy about the purchase to start with so I think my honey do (NOW!!!) list got bigger when I got back.  :-\ So fare everything I have found I am very happy with.  :yesnod:.
Quick back ground story on the car. I am the 3rd/4th or 5th owner depending on how you look at it. Original owners (1) (who I got to meet, VERY NICE PEOPLE) traded in there Red 1966 charger 383 for the C500. Just had to have it and he told me that he had it up to 130 a few times on the back road. My response was (REALLY, on 14' biase ply tires to boot... :2thumbs: WOW). IN 1973 they traded it in(2) on a Buick (family car... :brickwall:). When the neighbor(3) found out about it he ran down to the dealer and bought the car!. That person was the Father of the (4) people I bought the car from. The car was driven until about 76 when they tried to trade it in on a new truck. Dealer wouldn't give them anything for the old charger so they got the truck and just parked the charger in the garage. It spent the next 25 years in one garage or another until the decision was it is time to sell. My Friend Terry forward me the Craigs list add and asked what did I think. I told him buy it or let me!! It is funny this car spent it entire life in Power's Montana, Population (not many). I never check Montana Craig's list....
With the car I got copies of a few pictures from the original owners just after they bought the car. Guess what...... It already had the bug shield on it!!! It also still had the Window sticker which is a major plus since unfortunate the fender tag was missing! I have only looked under the rear seat and front seats for a build sheet but hopefully the Window stick should be enough for GTS to reproduce it. The car is wearing its original paint all over. I can't find signs of any repaints but it has its share of bumps and scraps and scratches. No plans on repaint just a polish and show as is. The car is Green on Green. Auto on the column, buddy seat, A/C, AM-8-track 3speeker dash, Mag like hubcaps (thought they were only on GTS' Darts but they are on the window sticker for this car). Everything under the hood looks pretty original with the addition of the Words electronic ignition conversion. I have a few things to go threw on the car before trying to start it up but I have high hopes this old charger will fly again! Only plans for now are to fix what is wrong, fix the seats, buff the paint, make it road worthy and drive it.!
