intake grinding

looks like edelbrock rpm intake hitting to the valley cover from below intake port in every corner,a little grinding maybe help ::)
also whitch threat is in edelbrock head exhaust fasterners  (3/8 unc maybe)

are you grinding the intake or valley pan??

If you use a standard valley pan those problems will go away.   ;)

grinding the intake for clearance is the way to go
