Found this video with a lot of wings in it.  It's dubbed over in French.  Hope it's not been posted before but it had a lot of racing and misc. wing shots.

Looked to me like the same show that SpeedTV did on the wing cars about 4 years ago. Same video, just different dubbed audio.

Ya'll welcome.  It helps keep me motivated as I collect parts for my Bird clone.  I've actually been searching for a video my daughter's boyfriend saw on-line made by somebody building a clone step by step.  Said it was on a NSX and Superbird build up.  The person built both cars and video taped all his steps as he built it.  Something I want to do when I start mine.  If you run across it, please post it.
