No offense, but I don't think it will bring that kind of coin in today's market. Other Daytona's are having a hard time recently of pulling 60% of that number, but then again it does have a few things going for it. Would have been a nice match to my 500 in the garage, but that price is way outta my league.

Oh ya buddy, what do you call this.. .. ?  :shruggy:

http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,6670.0.html

I had seen the picture of the kid standing in front of the blue 500 with a vinyl roof in another thread, and I thought WTF? But nobody mentioned the vinyl and plug later in the thread, so I figured it was owner installed. If I built a 500 Clone instead of a Daytona, I would paint it T5 with a Tan Vinyl and Recalls just like the pic. That car is amazing. :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: Oh, do you have plans for the hillside hemi? :shruggy:

So, does any documentation prove it was a factory vinyl top?

WingCharger

Hey, PocketThunder, did you find that trim. It has been over two years now. :icon_smile_big:

69_500

The blue car with the vinyl top is actually Q5 and the kid would be my sister in the picture, as it was my dad's car. As well as the red hemi 500 that had the black vinyl top, also my dad's car. Paul's car had a vinyl top as well.

Paul just curious, but the vinyl trim for your car didn't go as the one in the photo did it? I don't recall either of my dad's car having the piece go up before it wrapped around the rear window.
