One question though, is this a very early production car? I noticed there are no head rest on the seats...........

Troy
Correct, early production. Car was inspected by Galen Govier (twice)

Wow, great job with the restoration.  Your car looks fantastic!!!!!!!  What size redline tires are you running on the front/rear?  They look very good on the car.

69_500

So you picked up 138602 as well? Looked at that car a few times. Very nice car. Even though about Dave's car at one time too. Figured it would be the closest I could get to a Daytona on my income.

Thought I would share my joy at finally getting my toy after 2 years in the restoration shop and a boatload of cash. Vin is XS29J9B210737.

Congrats!  Your B5 C500 looks fantastic!!!  My C500 spent a year in a "resto" shop before being taken to another shop to get it back on track... looks like your choice of shops was a lot better, you got great results for your "boatload of cash".

Can you post any pictures of your C500 taken during the restoration?

How many C500's were built after Jan 1 that would have gotten them mandatory?

To answer this question Doug. NONE. Last Charger 500 was built in December. December 19th.

You don't happen to have any pictures of all 3 of the 500's together do you? That would be a nice looking picture. 2 B5 blue 500's, and a F5 green car right? So what is your plan with the nose cones and wing's that were on the other 2 500's?

I used to have some pictures of Ray's 500 when he was starting to do some work on it, but when the computer crashed earlier this year I lost those pictures. The car looks very nice now.

Well, the F5 car is for sale (cheap) and the wing and nose go with it. The other wing/nose combo is for for sale as well. Make an offer?
