It think it was originally a actual picture from a old issue of Hot Rod magazine.Dont know if they reintroduced the retro article in any issues  .I found it as a screen saver.Its on page 2 dated 1969 Superbirds await shipment

I had found a neat picture of Dan Gurney who we all seen on the superbird.originally sat on a daytona that was never in a magazine article .But was in a anniversary issue of motor trend

Check out the snow on them. I pulled mine out of the shop (on to the fresh plowed driveway) to set the timing....Way more snow here but kinda sorta maybe similar...or not.

Not only got some snow on them from day one .Even the headlights stayed down.

That guy creates some really nice artwork.  My daughter is good at it and said she would paint a mural on my garage wall one day.  I'm going to give her pictures of the cars I've had and let paint them circled at the drive-inn.  For me that would be a very cool present  :yesnod:
