I see this on ebay, but have no idea where it would go?  Can someone post me a picture please.

I never thought I'd be asking such a question , but I guess I have more to learn.

 check out where the green arrow is pointing 
the C shaped end goes under the sill plate & is clamped by the last screw , & a screw at the other end also

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooh.  I'm missing those.  What "fasteners " are they talking about?  Thanks.

the only fasteners , that are on this part are ,  the two crome screws , one at either end    about inch & a half long
