Hi,

Most everything I have on my car has plugs and I know where they go but there are a few "mystery" plugs. I also have two yellow wires coming out of the steering column with nothing connected to the. Anybody have any ideas and also is there a decent online schematic?

I just can remember one single wire going to steering column and is for ign key courtesy light.

Then another yellow wire is on ign switch harness, to starter relay. But as stated is part of the harness and its own plug.

It goes over towards the key switch. Its a double red wire about a 16 gauge. It looks like it was never connected as teh wires are not stripped on the ends. Could it be a key light?

OH... they are the IGN KEY BUZZER SWITCH... they goes inserted on outer smaller cavities of ign switch plug, matching with two black wires on underdash harness side. No matter wich one on what cavity as far on the two outer ones of the three. The 3rd cavity ( inner of all ) is used to the gear selector light on column shifters with an orange wire.

Richard,

In that Diagram # 8-134 it shows a "power to window and/or deck lid switch but it dosent show the source. Is there a 8-135 diagram also?

I don't have the diagram you are talking about but guessing the wire you are saying is a blue wire with female spade terminal, spliced on same source that feeds engine bay, seatbelts relay and stuff, cluster ( on standart cluster ) or brake light ( on rallye cluster ).

thats THE source to the power windows sytem

Ok I found it but its a tiny wire like 16 gauge. I think I need the "Accessory Diagram"

Also there are two other "Mystery" wires as shown in the pics below:
