The hollow aluminum wing that Dane makes now didn't exist when I was at that stage of construction.

So I stayed with the Janak wing.

I wouldn't mind one of Dane's wings, though  :scratchchin:

Is he still making them?   :shruggy:

daytonalo

I'm sure he is taking orders

FACTORY AM/ 8-TRACK !!! :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

Mine has a factory AM/ 8-Track too!  When some people have seen it they gave me boxes of old 8 tracks because they have no player anymore.  Most of the tapes fall to dust when you touch them.

Good luck with the car!

You wouldn't get a straight answer anyway...   :smilielol:

I'm sure you're pumped right now, Chris - good to see the progress continuing.

I've got boxes of 8-tracks people have given me too. Not because they've seen my car, but because they knew I was crazy enough to take them off their hands  :P

I've still got my old 8-track tape case from about '79 or so.

The damned thing is as big as a suitcase !

I can still remember wacking the girlfreind upside the head with it everytime I'd reach in the backseat, grab it and swing it up to the front seat.

You think she'd learn to duck ?  :shruggy:

Thanks, Geno.

Now, while the car's gone... it's time to catch up on a few things at home...

First project? Somewhere under mutiple tons of crap/junk/scrap/garbage and general filth is the building formerly known as my garage.

I'm pretty sure Jimmy Hoffa is in there somewhere... ::)

I'm gonna need a BIG dumpster :eek2:

Why, was Hoffa a fat guy? :D

Congrats on getting your car to this stage, I'm sure looking forward to that baby in paint! :icon_smile_cool:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Actually, I had a luggage rack for this car...I was going to use it when I was going to restore the car as an R/T SE. :coolgleamA:

After the Daytona project started, I sold it. :brickwall:

But not until after looking at it for a while and deciding it COULD be cut down to work on a Daytona trunklid. :scratchchin:
