Haven't heard from Tabor in a while. Been kind of wondering about his progress as well. It might be the same thing that the rest of us experience...life just keeps getting in the way of finishing our projects.  :yesnod:

Yep, I'm here. I check the board out every day or so. I've just been busy like everyone else. I am making progress. The nose cone is fitted now and I've taken out all the small dings. I'm going to paint over the original paint, but there are some spots on the paint where there are spiderwebs, so I've been sanding using a squirtbottle and 400 grit. I've sanded half the car and I can probably get the rest done by next week. Then i'll clean the car, light bondo in areas that need it, then sand again. then clean the car again and pretty much it's ready for paint.  I've changed my mind again about the 318 in this car, it's going to get the 440 sitting in the garage. What's the point in making a killer car and not having an engine to back it up.
    there is not much left to do to the car, it just needs to be painted and put the drivetrain in. I'm not trying to do a killer show car, just something that looks good from 10 feet away and I can drive everywhere without having to worry about someone dinging the door. Just a fun car I can drive anywhere and have fun with.  I'll keep everyone updated with the progress, but there is not much too see, just sanding.  :-\
