Charger74SE

Here's mine at the North Carolina Regional AACA Show that took place April 30.
First time in a show and took First Place in the 74-75 Class. The car is missing the rear hood and fender trim but that didn't matter to the judges.

Stretch

I made a few changes on my car this spring. It came with magnum wheels and after having it for 20 years it was time for a change. I have always liked the body color steel wheels with dog dish caps so I painted up a set of wheels and found a super nice set of caps on Ebay. Yah I know the body color wheel paint option stopped in '71 but I love the look and I think it really works with the F1 Pale green.

Before and after.

I may be schizophrenic but at least I have us!

Awesome Charger and kudos to you for doing all the work also !!

Thanks. I've always done my own work/restorations. I just can't bring myself to pay somebody for something I can do, lol. I've had over 70 cars, and this is my 5th Charger. It's by far the most fun though. It looks stock and goes 12.50s all day long. Not super fast, but decent for a big old B-body!

Took the Charger out for a 3 hour drive today (National holiday here). My oldest son joined me as he is into photography and wanted to take a few pictures along the way.

Some pictures he took from the cruise.

We spent most of the time cruising remote country roads but then went down to the harbor on the lake and then to the Glen Abbey Golf Course (home of the Canadian Open PGA event). We passed a black Hellcat Charger along the way.
