Can anyone help in decoding a 1975 Dart fender tag?

Ive searched around the net and cant find anything beyond a '74. I assumed it would be close to the same but I tried it as a '74 and got mostly "unkowns". If any of yous guys could help out it would be greatly appreciated :cheers:
