Hi all, Has anyone got a manual for a 68 charger that shows the min and max on rotors and drums. If possible can you scan and send to my email please

I am currently running the car through a vinn and the inspectors need this info to pass the brakes.

There is no quoted info for the rotors. Manual says not to be refaced. In reality, it is cast into the back of the rotor if you take it off and clean off the dirt. Assuming of course that they are original mopar ones.

If my memory serves, the min thickness is 860 thou, not the 816 you will find quoted on the internet!

Cant help on the drums.

The FSM states the maximum drum oversize is .060".
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Thanks guys for the help, the front discs are wilwood so i guess there wont be anything on the inside of them. I will take them off and have a look any way.  Phil

I agree on drums.  Either 10.060" or 11.060" max.
