I am very impressed with your skills and ability to do SO MUCH with SO little!  WOW!   I am thoroughly humbled by your diligence and desire to do the 'right thing' on your car.  Keep up the great work!

Did you buy the car from a private party or did you get it from a dealer who claimed it was in good shape. either way please let us know so we can flag them as unscrupulous and someone to stay away from.
Good luck with the project, this forum is awesome for getting help and questions answered.

The next few months will be painted in the car, and then it will start assembling the best thing.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't know about this thread until it's recent bump. I joined in April 2012. So before it's recent bump (3-17-15 previous was Sep. 2011) I had no ideal that this what was a sure candidate of a 74 SE for the crusher is turning out to be a stunning beautiful Charger. OMG I cannot believe the work you have done.

Props to you :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

Keep up the great work and glad to see you're back at it.

No really take a step back and look at it. look at what you've done. Pat yourself on the back. Smile from ear to ear.

I'm telling you that this car has GREAT chemistry as to what it's original condition was and the fact that it is a 1974.

Don't get me wrong I love the 73's and 74's, I've had 4 of them throughout my life. It's just that many Mopar fans would pass on this one and start with a more cleaner one. But I understand that because of your location you can't be too picky and once you realized that you got a bad deal you didn't let that get you down and continued on with your dream.

Again great progress

Really a great job on a near-impossible task!  This probably would have had me giving up long ago.  You kept at it and, somehow, you have magically transformed the Charger into a beautiful restoration!  Congrats on a job-well-done.  When finished, it will be a stunning Charger!
