Yep, I have my broadcast sheet. Thank you for asking!  ;D MsMopar

So is that where you came up with the Kelsey hayes wheels? There was a few other 500's close to yours in VIN's that also had the Kelsey Hayes.

MsMopar

Yes, My broadcast sheet states I was suppose to have the Kelsey hayes wheels.  However, I know for a fact, that the wheels were removed by the dealer before the car was sold new. I plan to buy the reproduction Kelsey Hayes if they are still available. They are about $2,000 for a set of four so it is not high on my priority list. MsMopar

So, Nascar, You say Anatol is back in the states Huh? Did he buy any more Mopars or is he completely out of them now? MsMopar

what day was your car built on?

her 500 is a very early production 500 if I recall. somewhere in the 138xxx range. If my memory isn't off, I think that is her car anyways.

MsMopar

Galen said my car was the 42nd Charger 500 built. My door buttons are black which I believe is leftover from 1968. Build date is Saturday, Sept. 7th, 1968 MsMopar

I don't have my VIN list on this computer, but that sounds about right. Which in turn would make it also the 42nd HEMI 500 built, as the first 440 powered car wasn't built until a few weeks later. roughly 10K VIN digits higher.

That silver hemi 500 that got the daytona treatment which is blue and been for sale many times was 1 of the 2  1339** or 1386**

Are you talking about the car that is a factory blue car, with blue interior, that was once painted silver back in the 80's?

Its a pretty early car as well, and if I'm not mistaken is roughly 700 digits higher in a VIN than msmopars.

I think we need to see some pics of this 500....  :popcrn: :2thumbs:
