Hello all.   Been awhile since I visited.  Too many forums to visit now adays.    Anyways,  Is there any history or record on how many Y2 Daytonas are accounted for out of the 24 or so that were made?  I have an oppurtunity to buy one right now.   Ive been wanting to add a wing car or A12 Bee to my fleet.   This Daytona is owned by a friend of a friend and is a 4 spd car 440-4v.

Hard to say how many have survived, OR to confirm that there were 24 or any other number actually produced.

Is the car you're considering 379725?  That's a Y2 4-speed car which has been for sale more than a few times over the past several years.  Just wondering... :scratchchin:

Not sure, the info is on the way.  I talked to him today on the phone.   He has owned the car for @ 4 yrs.   I was never in the market the last 6 years I have known him, but now I am.

There is a Y2 daytona up here. 440 auto car. I won't reveal the owners name, but I'm sure the mods/Daytona guru's know who he is.
