better black or silver

question is because JUST GOT MY NEW OEM REPLACEMENT ALUMINIUM CONDENSER ( allong with lot of goodies :D ):

I have known black disipates better the heat, so since the condenser function is just right DISIPATE THE HEAT, well I wanted to ask.

If you want it to appear more or less original you will need to paint it black----semi gloss I think.  O/W, it will stick out like a sore thumb.

Make sure you use the paint intended for radiators and the such.

is not because I care about the original look that I care, but at this time I'm also interested on the THRUTH on this about the black paint

Black paint absorbs more energy from radiated energy (light included) but air does not care about absorption or light waves it only cares about the exchange rate of heat by convection. In this case, what you see with your eye is not necessarily relevant.
You can make less the convection through paint, but you can never improve the ability of the aluminum to convect by adding something to the top of it.
