'73 Challenger front suspension?

The house we're moving into, there is a bunch of '73 Challenger stuff the guy said we could have. He put a new Hemi in his Challenger so he dosen't need the whole front suspension. It's just sitting on the floor for us. Anyways, it includes the K-frame, front spindles w/ disc brakes, torsion bars and etc. Would any of this work in a '68-'70 B-body? It was a 318 car by the way....
