Well, I just converted my 68' to a full BAER system - Track system up front w/13" rotors and PBR calipers and Sport system out back with 12" discs - I pick my car up on Friday so I'll have a full report then.

You might want to check with Master Power Performance Brakes out of Mooresville, N.C.   That's their business to provide brakes second to none.  Right in the heart of NASCAR country.  Their web site is
http://www.mpbrakes.com   and their phone number is 1-888-251-2353    The person I deal with there is Pat Szyslowski  at extension 207.  Ask him when you can get a deal as they run specials during the winter months.
Ask for a catalog and they will send you one to smoke over.

Check on availability of replacement parts when you're pricing them.  I have factory discs on my 67 and calipers and rotors are damn hard to find for it.  I would think that some of the modern stuff could have the same issues if they utilize unique pieces.

The best brake system for a charger that I know of is the 13" viper caliper kit from AR Engineering. http://www.arengineering.com/caliper/viper2/viper_ab13.html. It requires at least 17" wheels. They also make a kit to put the older viper calipers on 11.75" rotors so you can run 15" wheels. But they won't work with drop center wheels like magnum 500's and rally, The mopar action swap is the best budjet swap. http://www.moparaction.com/Tech/archive/disc-main.html. If you have a 70 or later car you don't have to rear mount the calipers or change the swaybar with this swap. The mopar action swap will work with 15" magnum 500's.
