I thought this would be an interesting thread. I for one have been into wing cars a long time and have seen many in bad shape over the years and wondered what happened to them. Maybe there are some cool before and after pictures. I have many before that I will be posting.

Very cool Devil looks like a petty blue Superbird and a black Daytona. Is there a story behind those? Here is one for you. Anyone know where this C-500 is now?

WB General Lee

I love this picture. Looks like original tires and wheels

Nope... no story... none....

The bird is originally an alpine white 440-6 one

The 'Tona is a Q5 Turquoise 440 4-speed car.

I might be lying a bit.

Check out my website for more information.

Wow a Q5 car! There are only like three of those. A 4spd car its priceless. Do you know if that car is restored now? That blue 500 is cool. Not sure what blue I had pictured more of a darker color looks cool. Is that C-500 still sitting back there? Thanks
P.S. youre site is amazing! I have to look more when I have time.

Two pictures taken in Seguin, Texas in the very early 1980s (1981?)... Tried to buy the C500, but could not raise the $$$ in time.  Passed it on to a friend that bought it and resold for a tidy profit...  440 w/Auto IIRC

Wow you can see the Q5 color. Also what a rare Charger Sunroof car! Does he plan on one day getting these cars redone?

Great job on the Blue 500. I know how hard it is restoring a car. When its done it will be worth it.

Here's a couple picture's of Joe Wards Superbird (the one under the tarp) back in the 80's at Wayne Beel's yard.

Joe's sister took this one after I restored the car last year.
