Whats the number after the  last 6 digits of the VIN? Number of production?

That's the corresponding number from the Daytona Shipment list.  It is apparently the rough order/sequence in which the cars were shipped out from Creative Industries.  The date (usually either August or September) represents the date that car was shown as leaving C.I. on its way to the original dealership.  As mentioned, the cars occasionally did find their way to another dealership before being sold.

Do I assume correctly that this car is the 3rd Daytona built?

That car lived right around the corner from me in London, Ont. - 2 streets over. Very plain car. Pretty sure it did not have easy access spark plugs. Guy owned it for a couple years then it disappeared. We had quite a few Hemi cars in the neighborhood that came from McManus Motors.
