Still educating myself on these cars.

Are the colour options and colour production numbers available?

Of located cars, here are the percentages by color.    The sample size is large enough that you can get a feel for rarity in terms of actual production.  Tor-Red and Lemon Twist will be the most common, but there really does not seem to be a price penalty for them.   Then there is the happy middle section before you get down to the very rare Corporate Blue and Burnt Orange.   

Lemon Twist            237 cars or 22%          
Tor-Red                  218 cars or 21%          
Alpine White            175 cars or 17%          
Blue Metallic            159 cars or 15%
Limelight                 120 cars or 11%          
Vitamin C Orange      113 cars or 11%          
Corporation Blue         30 cars or    3%          
Burnt Orange               2 cars or .  2%
