Just saw this for sale not to far from me. Seems like a good deal.  :2thumbs:  Is it as rare as he claims it to be? This is one Charger I wouldn't paint Orange and put an 01 on.

"That's us in 10 years".

Very cool.  I wonder if it's actually an Arizona car or if it rusted somewhere else first?

And I don't have production stats in front of me, but it very well could be legit.  There were only a handful (392?) of these, and even fewer if you limit it to the 440 engine.

It's possible - but doubtful. It is rare though.

It seems like there were nearly 400 made and I really doubt anyone knows how many still exist.

Is it just me or does that price seem really low for a solid, straight 500? Doesn't sound like it's numbers matching but...

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

I was thinking the price was low for a 500. Probably a good deal even if not #s matching.

Called and left a message. His phone has probably been ringing off the hook. We will see if he calls back.

I talked to him 1/2 hour ago. Nice guy. Sounds like a decent car.

It's gone already.

The price is low on every thing now, from cars to parts even E bodies. There was 500 Charger 500's made to satisfy nascar. It didn't get the job done against the Ford Torino so Dodge upped the anti with the Daytona.

Man, someone sure landed a great deal with that one. I wonder if the buyer talked him down any?

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

While not cheap, the deals are still out there...if it was a real 500.
