Hi there, I am 1 of 1 known (according to Galen). I am restoring a 1969 Charger RT SE. My question is this-the wheel cover code box is marked as 61 . The decoding book says that is a C-body 16 slot wheel. Is this possible? I have other questions but will try to hold them to one at a time. Thanks much!  Gary

Hi and welcome. I think what Galen is telling you is that your car is the only one HE knows about, not the only car made that way. (Until ALL detailed production records from ALL plants for ALL years surface, it is not possible to determine if a car is one of one)

What make and model are we talking about? That makes a difference.

Wheel cover 61 indicates the trim ring for the 69 five spoke chrome road wheel (PN 2944161). Check the bottom of your sheet under W and I bet you'll find W21.

Hi Gary, & welcome to the site

As already stated, Galen's one-of-one designation relates only to the cars that have been submitted to him and does not mean it's the only one produced with those options.  Perhaps that's the case, but don't hold your breath.

P.S.  Has GG already done a broadcast sheet decode for you?  If not, post it up here or email it to me.  We can do the same level of decode (I actually include a few things he normally does not break down) without the 'tude or long wait - and for free!
