Was driving my 68 when a truck drives past and a big clump of mud/rock flies off the truck hits my bumper and explodes.
Pull over and find a piece of my grill missing, looked all over but couldn't find the missing piece.
How do you fix something like this?
Anyone have about 1" of grill fin laying around?

Troy

I have some spare pieces I believe. I keep them around for occasions like this. I nailed a bird a couple of years ago but it was just high enough that the grill suffered no damage. It's just one of those things you have to expect when driving these cars. I'll dig around in the garage tonight - although I may have sent the piece I'm thinking of out with another grill to be repaired.

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

terrible one

If Troy can't find anything, I think I have a bag of pieces from when I made two busted grills into one useable one.
