Slapstick auto in a Superbird?

One of the ads in DSAC is for a Superbird with a "slapstick automatic".  The ad states "VERY original" and "numbers match".

I was under the impression only E-bodys got slapsticks, and a slapstick was a very specific type of transmission.  Are the auto's in Superbirds "slapsticks"?

I am also guessing that slapsticks were only floor mounted.  True?

The ad mentions bucket seats, but doesn't mention a console.

btw, I did a search of slapstick and found nothing under Aero section.

In the truest form, the '71 model year was the first year of the slap stick in a B-body...

That's the only one right now.  An old timer sent it to me last week.
