does anybody know where to get an orignal style daytona headlight spring.or what are people using to actuate there headlight assy up and down.

The spring was a fail safe mechanism should the vacuum pods fail.   So you don't need the springs.   On the factory setup, the vacuum actuators make the lights go up and suck them down.
