What is 2/3 of a Daytona nose worth?  Not in the best shape.  Long story, just trying to get an idea.  Thank you.

looks like some vertical braces have been added...it's not a 'glass nose is it?

I gave $200 for a top half, just for garage art.  That looks to be good for garage art as well!

I like the way you think.. :drool5:  It would look great integrated into my motif.

I painted mine red and put a #6 on it.  Looks great in the mopad!  I need to get a picture next time I am over. :brickwall:

I'd say it is too solid a piece just for garage art.  You can have the one side reproduced and still be ahead of the game.

My guesses:

$1500 to $2000... might take a few months to sell in that range

more if you find a buyer that already has the missing pieces... $2500 to $3000 maybe

to get a quick sale, maybe $1000 to $1200

Just my  :Twocents:  fair market value is almost impossible to estimate in this crazy economy... so  :shruggy:

Considering that you really have only two useable pieces, I'd disagree.     The top is chopped up and although someone resourceful "could" use it, it's certainly not ideal.    The left side/bottom corner and the lower center certainly have some value.   I'd say $1500 for it.   The value of 2/3 of a chopped up nose is not linear to a complete nose in one piece.   Like Allen says, if you needed it, the value could go up.  But as a buyer with no use for it, I wouldn't want to pay that.

I paid 1200.00 for my beat up nose  so id say 600.00 to 1000.00
brian worked miracles with his beat up nose with new parts from venders .

TheAutoArchaeologist

Alrighty, that seems fair between lets say $800-$1000.

One other thing... his son, who is a body man made some panels to fix the other side of the unit.  They didn't look half bad, but needed like the headlight bucket cut out and such.
