That's just to cool Dave  :drool5: Great Job.  :2thumbs:

Of course, I was thinking... if it turns out that they do get to dirty, you can always switch to an external mounting system, and have one set of solid plates for driving around, and one set of framed glass mounts for display at car shows etc. When you get to the show you just unscrew the solid window cover plates, and mount the clean glass ones on there.

I really like the idea you have there for a Vent & Fill crossover system too. There will need to be a certain amount of flex in the system though, but there's lots of ways to accomplish that and still have it look'n sharp as a tac.

That's cool,I've never seen anything like that before.

I reckon the real proof will come on a running engine to see how they last or appear after a while but it was at least intriguing to make them.  I'm going to clear coat the alum once they are completely finished to help keep the finish up. I enjoy creating stuff like that.  My next project will be converting the ashtray space into hidden cup holders -something that will be useful for me anyway.

BigBlackDodge

Cool! All it needs now is some small lights in there....red maybe...... :scratchchin:

Remember the average response time to a 911 call is over 4 minutes.

The average response time of a 357 magnum is 1400 FPS.

Man I would love to have the time to get the motor assembled right now.  Most all my time is consumed by non-fun stuff currently  :brickwall: but I hope to see some light at the end sometime in a month or so.  Maybe I can get one of the guys here to try it out on their car and I'll make a video for it.

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.
