The B5 'Bird is owned by my friend Dave here locally. It used to be in PA prior to him retiring and moving to Texas.

Funny you mention the tape. It is actually the residue from the tape. He took it off because he knew I would rib him about it..  :icon_smile_big: .. But, he failed to clean the sticky residue off and from a small distance, it looks like the tape is still there. It was originally there since that last stud on the rubber bumper broke. The car is one of those where you're torn on repainting it or leaving it since it is a survivor. The interior is in great shape............

Ignition woos........ We believe it was the ballast resistor....... I happened just as we were heading off to position ourselves on the track. Ken has gotten it home and has it running now........ Sicks, but it happens..........
