Perhaps planning the parade route was a bit premature... I just talked to Eric & Alan  at AMD, and neither knew anything about the back glasses & trim being made by AMD...  Alan said that it has been considered, but concerns about a limited potential market were the roadblocks...  I might call or write Mark H. after I research the matter further.

Tell them all markets are limited, think of this one as exclusive.

I met Rick and saw some of his parts at Monster Mopar in 2008.  I remember the parts looking pretty good up close, better than most repros that I have seen... especially the headlight buckets & pivots.

I called and talked to Rick today, and he does not use email.  Stuart, please post all the pics that you have of his repros or email them to me... THANKS!

Basically correct, but the prices I was quoted were slightly lower... maybe to offset shipping costs?  :shruggy:

Assuming I did not misunderstand any quoted prices...

Pivots - $599  (Pair)
Buckets - $524  (Pair)
Latch Tray - $500
Rad Spt Angle - $90
Hardware Kit - $169 (he said he would knock $70 off the kit if part of a large purchase like nose internals)
Low Head Height Bolts to attach buckets to nose cone - $90 (apparently not part of hardware kit?)

Above items were quoted for a Daytona...

Superbird Nose Cone - $4,500

All prices plus shipping if not picked up at an event like MMW Indy, MMW St Louis, or Mopar Nats...

Hopefully I jotted the prices down right, but get your own quotes for the items you need.

From my birdie on the window sill.... " the glass and trim is moving forward and could all be done in 6 months for both the Bird and Daytona"
