Went to Connecticut Saturday and picked up the 1972 Charger SE  Sunroof car.
It does still has its numbers matching 400 in it. It does need some of the usual cosmetic body work (lower Quarters etc rear floor pans.)
The sunroof motor does work In and Out.

WHAT I NEED IS TO COMMUNICATE WITH ALL THE 68 THRU 72 SUNROOF CAR OWNERS OR PREVIOUSOWNERS IN THIS FORUM.
TO MY KNOWLEDGE UP UNTILL 72 they were shipped out to have it installed. then they came up with a factory line version.
My email is zdzie4@aol.com.
It seems that most of the componet are there but it feels like somethings are missing. I can put a 71-74 charger together with my eyes closed
but never had a sunroof car. I will post pictures of what I have. I will be depending on this forum to hold my hand on this build till the sunroof is good to go. Thanks for checking this out.

Nice purchase.  I have a video of exactly how to tear down and build this sunroof.  Right now it is on VHS and I need a way to put on DVD and I can send you a copy.  Know an easy way to do this?  With the video you will have no troubles at all.   :2thumbs:

Daytona R/T SE

Nice...

'72 SE with a sunroof...

But...

I'm wondering about that hood.

It's a '73 hood, but it has a 71 R/T louvered insert ??

Has it been cut out to fit the insert ?

Can you post a bigger picture of that parts list?

My old eyes can't make it out.

Are these parts he has available?

I need all the weather stripping for mine...

ramit

I would love to see a more clear version of the parts list and diagram as well.   I have a 72 se that is missing one piece that holds it to the track.
