Can 66 Door Hinges be repaired?

My door hinges are worn,normal,I can pick up on the edge and theres that wear where it wont line up correctly w the jam-ive had old 2 doors in the past and was able to get sleeves for the hinge bolts but ive been out of it,any ideas where?
This is gonna be cheap and easy......

I bought the hinge kit and reamer from resto rick.   http://www.restorick.com/proddetail.asp?prod=DrHingeRebuildKit

I spent more time sandblasting the old hinges than actually fixing them. 

Bottom hinge is steel on steel.  You ream out the 2 parts to the larger size.     Upper hinge has bushings.

I am having Ross do mine for my 69 Charger, he charges $145.00 to rebuild them sandblast new pins, springs, and epoxy prime them
his member name over on B bodies only is "res1vw21"

Yeow- I'm not that much into it,I'm just going to replace the pins/bushings and be done but thanks for the info...
