Sounds good . :Twocents: Maybe a direct body replacement for those pre existing power wheel jeeps vipers and mustangs etc.Or just a detailed body to hang in the garage/mancave race rock cafe style on the wall .If you dont have a go kart build in mind

I measured my sons Go cart frame and the wheels on center and he did this last Night. The car is 8' long. I think it is looking good. I will bring it home and coat it, then lay some glass, followed by a gel coat. then paint. It will be lots of work but the kids worth it. He will have problems parking this one like a real bird.

amazing work. will he perhaps sell foam cores later on?

it's not only cool for a go-kart. one would be the ultimate light fixture to hang over a pool table.

He has some more shaping to do. He is going to send me more pics tonight. He cut it out of a solid block of foam. He makes stuff out of foam all the time.  I am glad he is my bro, He has made me a superbird, Roadrunner, superbee, and viper signs for my garage out of colored foam. He says the next one he would cut would be perfect. I think it looks good now.  His halloween costumes are cut out of foam, and then hardens them. He has one $500 every year, for the last 5 years. Last year he went as a big packman machine that actually worked and people would play on him.  Then he would just get up and scare the candy out of them.  The neat thing about this foam is people concrete his stuff and make outdoor signs.  We had discussed about making a mold out of it to make fiber glass body's  for go carts. I probably would  not cut the wheel wells, so people could cut for there carts. Or just for garage art.  I could talk to him, I know they are labor intense, but he may make more foams. I think they would be cool light fixtures skimmed in hardener and paint.

That would be awesome as a light fixture, heck I would buy just the shell and mount a light inside and hang it out in the garage over my tool box!!!
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.
