Congrats!  Maybe with a little luck, lotto ticket or hot looking rich female brainsurgeon I may be able to have more than one car...which one should I hold out for?  Anyway, good for you !

Well update; brought the car home saturday in an enclosed trailer, living in CT and with alot of trees around my house and a big storm coming, I parked the trailer with the car in front of my office with no trees in site! Rode out the storm without any issues except losing power. car is safe. Pictures as soon as I get power back.

Ok started to inventory what I have and have been writing it all down. Found lots of trim. Also found the tops of the doors in vinyl, they look dark red. Could there be a black interior with these red door covers?
I will get a picture up soon.

well lets see I believe it was originally red.  Yellow right now. Maybe somebody - getting tired of looking at it  :icon_smile_wink: Or maybe walking around it for now.  Hope  your family is chugging right along.

Another update, went and got the Arizona full quarter panel and seats which have to be restored. Anyone know the procedure for the seats?
Thanks

JB400

should be able to just strip the seats, sandblast, repair springs, paint, cover with burlap, add foam, and then stretch on the new upholestry.  Warm up your seat covers first before you put them on.

Is that a real deal Shelby or a clone.  Looks cool :coolgleamA: :2thumbs:

Shelby67air

No she's real, I picked her up before the price craziness happened. She's got a 4 speed and air, been on a few tracks ( Charlotte , Watkins glen, lime rock.) fun to drive.

JB400

Glad to hear :2thumbs:  I'd be out enjoying it as well.  Cars are made to be driven.
