My brother in law was a member of the winged warriors group back in the 80's and had some stuff he saved.  When he sold be his bird he gave me a box full of old newsletters and a couple of other pieces of neat stuff.

One is the Nascar Stree Classics Winged Warrior from 83 so I pulled out a couple of things to post here.  Was showing Dave Kanofsky last night and he was picking out several people he remembers, so I figured you guys would get a thrill.    :2thumbs:

Have a couple of other things, but need reduce the size

I converted and resized them so they'll post as part of a reply, but the text is starting to get small on the first one.  If it's hard for folks to read, the .pdf files are still available for full-size reading.

Makes you wonder if there were more wings on the road back then because they were only 14 years old or now because they got pulled out of the barns and backyards and restored because of their value.

I have no idea if he was a member of either club but I kinda remember hearing when I registered it it was new to the club....I just dont remember which club I registered with.....Sorry Doug! :icon_smile_blackeye:
