The color choice is completely separate from the artwork, and can be easily changed at any point.  I was a consultant on the two Mopar stamp designs for over four years, and the Daytona picture that I posted was provided by the company contracted by the USPS.  The color of the Hemi `Cuda was also changed, AND the the picture reversed as shown below.  Also shown below is an example of the dozens of inputs/answers that I provided... not all were acted on though.  Doug S of DSAC was involved as well someone at WW...
