Best place to lift 440 back to engine room,Carb threat or from head(passanger front /driver back) head are edelbrock Aluminium

i like a lifting plate on the intake manifold carb mounting flange.

If i'm pulling just the engine the carb flange plate works fine. When i do an engine-tranny pull i like to use a load leveller which has a 4 point attachment and makes things a lot simpler/easier. The load leveller allows you to adjust the angle while everything is still loaded on the crane.  :thumbs:
