Its an Inland shifter, out of a non console car, not sure about the knob being wrong.

Im not even positive it is from a Mopar , look like an inland but the pix are poor

I agree, Inland shifters were used on other makes including GM on their Saginaw and Muncie 4-speeds. That one looks GM.
