What size of nuts hold the wiper motor down?

Thanks!  I try to get over here as much as possible, but if I'm here that means I'm not working...it's a vicious circle    ;)

That 1/2" is for the models up to 72, after 72 Chrysler started using a 3/8" output shaft.  I should've listed both when I answered the question.  Sorry about that
