Hankook.

Grand Prix and LC (all listed at Big O Tires site).

A goggle search also shows Hercules and El Dorado brands, whoever they are.

And of course Hoosier if you're racing.

I have Firestones's looks like they stopped making them.  Wanted BFG's but they were out of stock when I needed them.

comet_666

I just find it strange that Good Year is not making that size.

They made Eagle GT2's in that size at one time.  Don't think there is a huge demand for that size.

Sometimes the manufacturers make "runs" of a certain tire and size, especially if they don't sell many of any particular type.  It happened with my truck, I call ahead to find out if it is stock and if not when the next run will be.  Usually, a good dealer can find out for you.

hunt2elk

I just bought a pair of Mastercraft Avengers in that size.

The Eagle GT II had a 11.6 inch tread width, anything else out there come close?

Coker makes an old school N50 that is 11.3" wide.

Coker part number 72146, Summit's number COK-72146.

So why aren't you using the internet to search out these details?  Why use the forum to do your work?

Yeah, I'm feeling feisty, I find this stuff in about 30 seconds, you can too.  :slap:

So, ok then, you're welcome. :2thumbs:

I did look on the internet and found quite a bit of info including what you found. I ask here not so someone looks things up for me but to see if anyone has a nugget of info from EXPERIENCE.
if I searched all your posts I am sure I would find questions you posted there that were answered by Google in about 30 seconds as well.
Would it make you feel better if I stated in my posts if anyone had actual experience?

Somebody here has 295/50/15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/T's but I think they are mounted on 8" wheels.  M/T's website claims 12.22 on section width.

Here they are !

Comet_666, where did you get the BFG 295's?  Thanks.

comet_666

Jeg's believe it or not. In stock got them in 48 hrs.

twodko

Those are at the top of my "wish list", those tires look perfect.

I looked at them on Jeg's last night and was sooooo tempted to hit the "buy" button.
I'd have to sell my 275/60 15 on 8x15 Mag 500's first to offset the cost of new 10x15 wheels too.

Always a hitch :shruggy: in the plan.
